Website purpose and no automatic contract
This website provides information about our services and lets users contact us or request portfolio access. Submitting a form, downloading the portfolio or sending a WhatsApp message does not create a client-service agreement.
A project begins only after scope, commercials and timelines are confirmed, any required advance is paid, and both parties provide written acceptance.

Proposals and quotations
Quotations are based on the information available when prepared. Pricing and timelines may change when scope changes. Third-party costs and applicable taxes may be charged separately. Each proposal states its own validity period.
Client responsibilities and delays
Clients must provide accurate information, content, brand assets, access credentials, timely approvals and feedback, and must hold the legal rights needed for all supplied materials. Delays in content, access, approval or feedback may change delivery dates.
Intellectual property
Juggle Enterprises retains rights in pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods and reusable components. Final project ownership transfers only as stated in the signed agreement and after full payment. Unused concepts, drafts and rejected designs remain ours; third-party assets remain subject to their original licences.
Portfolio rights
We may display completed work in our portfolio unless a separate written confidentiality agreement prevents it.
Payments and third-party costs
Payment schedules are defined in proposals or invoices. Work may be paused for overdue payments, and final files, source files, credentials or ownership may be withheld until payment is complete. Software, domains, hosting, advertising, licences and other third-party charges may be separate.
Advertising services
Advertising outcomes are influenced by the market, offer, budget, competition, landing pages, audience, seasonality and platform decisions. We do not guarantee leads, sales, rankings or revenue unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
Meta, Google and other platforms may reject, restrict or suspend campaigns or accounts. Those decisions are outside our control. Clients are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their products, claims and offers. Advertising spend is separate from agency fees unless agreed otherwise.
Third-party services
External platforms and providers operate under their own terms, policies, availability and technical limitations. We are not responsible for outages or decisions outside our reasonable control.
Prohibited use
You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, copy protected content, scrape without permission, submit false details, misuse forms, or infringe third-party rights.
Liability and indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, Juggle Enterprises is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, platform outages or third-party actions. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
You are responsible for claims arising from your misuse, unlawful instructions, or materials you supply without the necessary rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Suspension, governing law and contact
Website access or services may be suspended for non-payment, misuse, unlawful instructions or material breach. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any written agreement.
