Free consultations do not require payment.
Advance payments
Advance payments secure project scheduling and initiation. Once work begins, advances are generally non-refundable. Work includes discovery, planning, research, strategy, wireframes, design, development, account setup and campaign preparation.
Cancellation before work starts
A written cancellation received before work begins may be considered after deducting payment-processing charges, third-party costs and reasonable administrative or scheduling costs already incurred.
Scope-based projects
Refunds are not normally available for completed milestones, approved designs, delivered drafts, completed development, purchased licences, domains, hosting, stock assets, plugins, software subscriptions, advertising spend or vendor charges.
Performance marketing
Agency fees cover strategy, setup, management, optimisation and reporting. Advertising spend is paid to the platform and is not controlled by Juggle Enterprises. A campaign falling short of an expected number of leads, sales or revenue does not by itself create a refund right. Platform restrictions, ad rejections or policy decisions also do not automatically create a refund right.
Client delays
No refund is owed where delivery is delayed because the client does not provide required content, access, approvals or feedback.
Failure to deliver
If Juggle Enterprises cannot deliver an agreed paid service solely because of its own failure, the parties may agree to a correction, replacement, service credit or proportionate refund for the undelivered portion.
Refund requests and statutory rights
Send requests to rahul@juggle.co.in with the client name, invoice number, project name, reason and supporting information. Each request is reviewed against the applicable proposal and work completed.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
