What to Expect From a UI UX Design Company

Juggle EnterprisesPublished Updated 2 min read

A UI UX design company should make the product easier to understand and use, then document how the design will be implemented. Attractive screens are only one deliverable; user journeys, interaction states and validation matter as much.

Name the user task

Begin with what someone needs to accomplish and what currently prevents it. For a portal, that may be finding a record, completing an approval or recovering from incorrect information. Interview users and inspect the current workflow. A redesign based only on style preferences may leave the real obstacle unchanged.

Test the structure before polishing

Use a simple prototype to examine navigation, labels and the sequence of decisions. Ask people to attempt representative tasks without coaching them through every step. Record where they hesitate or misunderstand the action. These observations help decide what to change before detailed visual production.

Include states and accessibility

Specify loading, empty, error, success, permission and disabled states. Test keyboard focus, readable contrast and touch target size. A form’s error explanation should help the user recover rather than only turning a field red. Include representative long text and mobile constraints in the design review.

Deliver a usable handoff

Provide layouts, responsive rules, component behaviour, content requirements and clear asset ownership. Agree what developers will build and how implemented screens will be checked against the design. A design system should reduce inconsistency, not become a large unused library. Juggle can discuss website and application UI UX as part of the relevant service scope.
